Rates and Terms
All classes run from September through to June, and students are expected to commit to the full year. Within the year we hold an Open House, dancers prepare for fall & spring examinations, and our recital is held in May/June. Payments for the year however, are divided into two 17 week terms. Below are some of our rates and discounts.
Junior Class Rates
For the younger student, we offer classes that are 45 minutes in length.
Students under the age of six are enrolled in combination classes of ballet, tap, and/or jazz. This allows the young dancer to enjoy different styles of movement and creativity. Tap dancing offers the young mind a great sense of timing and rhythm, while jazz offers a fun approach to movement with songs they know and love! All of our combination classes offer ballet as we feel strongly that it is the foundation of all dance.
Young students 6 & up also have 45 minute classes, but can now focus on one style at a time. We offer tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop, highland, and Irish dancing.
Do you have more than one child wanting to dance? Our school offers $15 off per term for each additional student in the family. This also applies to moms and dads wanting to join any of our adult classes!

Multiple Class Discounts
Keep in mind that our class rate goes down for each class that a child takes. The percentage discounted increases as number of classes increase.

Our regular class rate is based on a one hour class. Most of our dance classes are 1 hour, with the exception of R.A.D. Vocational ballet & higher grade levels, Novice & up Irish, Level 1 & 2 Pointe, and Advanced Contemporary.
Intensive Student Discount
Many of our dancers are taking multiple classes weekly as they progress to higher levels and expand their training to various different dance styles. For these students, we offer their sixth and eleventh class FREE!
Please note that we tally up classes from longest to shortest before the discount is added.
Additional costs and terms
There is a $20 administration fee added to each student upon registration. This fee will be waived for any returning student who had a credit at the end of last season. If you choose NOT to postdate your January payment, this fee will be reapplied at the start of the second term.
There is a $20 admin. fee for any adjustments and late payments
all attire, examinations, and recital expenses are additional.
$30 fee will be charged for all NSF cheques.
Private lessons are $65/hour.
payments can be made by cash or cheque.
The school will not reimburse for classes missed, or for cancellations beyond our control.
refunds will not be given within a term.
